By accessing or using Donor Impact IQ ("the Service"), operated by IQ Corp™ ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Donor Impact IQ is a donor prospect validation platform that provides AI-assisted research, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting tools for philanthropic organizations. The Service includes prospect scoring, relationship mapping, gift tracking, and data analytics features.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any personal data about prospects and that such use complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate prospect scores, research summaries, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently verify any AI-generated insights before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Donor Impact IQ Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle after the notice period.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by IQ Corp™ and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuations where feasible.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Corp™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQ Corp™ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
